Server-Side Attribution for 8-Figure Ad Spend
Full Meta CAPI + GTM server-side implementation for an agency managing $10M+ in monthly ad spend. Attribution accuracy went from 60% to 98%.
Up from 60% before the engagement.
† Figures marked † are internal estimates pending verification. We will replace them with audited numbers or remove them.
The problem
Browser-side pixels were losing a large share of conversions to ad blockers and consent gaps, so account managers were optimizing against incomplete data.
Each client account had its own tracking setup, with no shared taxonomy and no way to compare accuracy across accounts.
What we built
Meta Conversions API
Server-side event delivery with deduplication against the browser pixel, rolled out across every client account.
GTM server container
A single server-side tagging layer with a shared event and UTM taxonomy.
Accuracy monitoring
Dashboards comparing platform-reported conversions against source-of-truth revenue, per account.
